I had not sailed since mid August, so was really looking forward to this sesssion. Arrived at the beach about 10am to be greated by a nice 15 to 20 knots blowing cross off from Portland direction. There were two guys out blitzing up and down close to the beach. I was out within 20mins with my mate Dave we had a couple of hours tearing around Portland harbour with a top speed of 28 knots.
Had a short lunch break and then continued for another 2 hours in the afternoon. getting some good planing gybes in which i was pleased about.
Looking forward to HiHo 2008 cant wait!!!
